Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for airfreight export operation including updating the data in the systems, filing and prepare shipping documents
Send shipping advice to overseas stations
Interface with subcontractors
Administer proper file opening / closing / checking and preparation for archiving
Update track and trace systems
Invoicing / verification and posting of incoming invices
Arrange and monitor customs clearance
Follow up on delivery to customers until receipt of shipment
Job costing and control shipping run
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above with at least 1-2 years experience in export airfreight
Hands on experience on MS Windows
Excellent communications skills
Fast and accurate typing
Reliable and flexible
Shift duty is required
