| Responsibilities: To oversee & manage group suppliers’ management systems in social compliance for USA and EU market.
Maintain a close dialogue and communication with vendors and factories. Provide social compliance management tools application & arrange related training to suppliers and the team members. Conduct social compliance audits and assist factories to establish own social compliance management system. Liaise with buyers’ and suppliers’ counterparts working to review & monitor the implementation of improvement activities.Maintain a quality inspection and report mechanism to review the performance of vendor and factories. Frequent travel is required. Assure a periodic update to the program that are in line with customer and management objectives and policies.
Requirements: Tertiary Educated (Major in Quality Management / Mechanical Engineering / Textile & Clothing Manufacturing)
At least 5 years working experience in Quality management / Quality Assurance / Quality Control in fields of textile and apparel manufacturing
Good knowledge & experience in SA8000/WRAP/ISO14001/5S/TQM/ implementation and maintenance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill required.
Excellent in English communication & report writing. Spoken English & Mandarin. Demonstrates strategic capability in planning, leading, and developing a team in China. Able to work under pressure, independent with strong sense of responsibility.
